Gerry Croce

Born in Italy and raised in the UK, Gerry discovered his passion for food early in life, drawing inspiration from both his Italian roots and his British upbringing.
Gerry’s culinary journey includes a ski season in Méribel, where he worked as a head chef, and a period on a Tuscan farm, where he embraced a true farm-to-table philosophy. There, he served as sous chef while sourcing fresh, organic produce daily from the surrounding land — an experience that deepened his respect for seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
Specializing in Italian cuisine, Gerry’s passion shines through in his pasta dishes, where traditional techniques meet creative flair. His ability to blend authenticity with innovation has become his signature and a favourite among guests.
Outside of the kitchen, Gerry leads an active lifestyle. He enjoys fitness, snowboarding, and football, and regularly participates in charity events.
